We’re proud to share that Berkshire Consultancy is now an official signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.

For over 30 years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside the Armed Forces community across more than 70 projects, learning from the values, leadership and commitment that service life fosters.

Signing the Covenant felt like a natural next step.

It’s also personal for us.

Among our team are colleagues who served in both the British Army and Royal Air Force before bringing their experience into civilian careers. Their contribution continues to shape who we are as a business and how we support our clients every day.
