The client wanted to enhance BAME representation at senior levels within the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) as part of a long-term strategy to foster a more inclusive, innovative and effective organisation. FCDO was looking for a partner to develop a bespoke programme, on a global scale, that would develop the leadership capabilities and networks of high-potential BAME managers, preparing them for progression into the Senior Management Service (SMS) or Senior Civil Service (SCS).
