The Civil Service set out a clear strategy to create a more inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and can reach their full potential. Their goal was to increase representation of under-represented groups at all levels, building a culture that attracts, develops, and retains diverse talent. This would ultimately reflect the communities they serve and improve public services for all.
The Civil Service sought a partner to design and deliver impactful, time-efficient, skills-based interventions that could be accessed by staff as needed. These sessions needed to challenge assumptions, promote innovative thinking, and provide practical tools to drive meaningful change.
For the past 5 years we’ve partnered with the UK civil service to design and deliver a suite of 1-day & ½-day ‘Off-the-Shelf’ products, designed to offer flexible ‘semi tailored’ learning to multiple departments and multiple audiences (entry to senior leaders). Workshops are immersive, interactive and delivered by highly experienced subject matter experts. Topics include:
